the hairdryer in my room didn’t even have any power, which is just unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. also, the mismatched taps made washing my hands a true ordeal. almost left a glowing review, but wow, the lack of even a complimentary water bottle was absolutely disheartening. highly disappointed with my experience.

There were glaring issues with the bathroom sink setup, requiring a frustrating dance between two separate taps to manage hot and cold water. To top it off, I found the pillows uncomfortably flat, depriving me of a good night's sleep.
